The guys are very professional. So helpful. Will definitely use again. They can do a move, assemble furnature, or just move heavy things to where you need them to be. On time, they tidy up when they're finished too! Very happy customer.

These guys are the best!! They know what they’re doing – everything is done with care and they move so efficiently. They will always try to accommodate your requests, even if you have last minute changes. Truly makes you feel like you are being taken care of. On top of everyone being well trained, everyone is also super friendly. Our move took more than 12 hours, ending at almost 3:00am, but somehow they still had smiles on their faces. And they had no problem coming in the next day! Moving is always stressful, but they make the experience easy and fun. I’m so thankful for all their help and for doing everything with a positive attitude. They have fair prices but I will happily pay more for their service than go with any other moving company.

The In N Out Move team was amazing! They did our one bedroom move quickly and efficiently. They were right on time and did a great job managing any hurdles. They also took some of our furniture that we were planning to get rid of and recycled it with only the hourly fee + the fee at the recycling depot. With no travel fees, they are a perfect pick for smaller moves especially! On top of all of that, they were incredibly kind and great to chat with! Honestly a real class act. I waited to unpack everything before writing this because I was in disbelief that absolutely nothing was broken - none of our half-closed boxes, none of our glassware or plates we packed without any cushioning (I should mention that we did not use their packing service - I’m sure they would have done a better job), none of the cheap IKEA furniture. Sure enough, I have yet to find anything broken. I found the pricing to be incredibly fair. No surprises when it came to settle up. They stuck to their fixed rate, despite some extra help from the manager. Huge kudos to Salah and his guys, who quietly worked a long day and got the job done flawlessly. Absolutely recommend and I’ll for sure use this service for future moves.

I would usually take pictures or even film movers. They had our furniture so nicely wrapped in pristine moving blankets, taped all around. On a dolly and in place like it was nothing. We made a large (i.e. big item) purchase from Home Sense and these guys were one of their preferred/trusted movers. Very reasonable rates, super friendly, great communication and professional. Took off their shoes. Could not have gone more smoothly. Looking forward to working with them again in the near future.

I can't say enough good things about these guys. I was in a really tough spot and out of time to vacate when I was supposed to. I called In N Out Moves with less than 24 hours notice; Salah, the owner, said he would find a way to help. The next morning, Guri, Hamza, and Salah (a different Salah, no relation to the owner)... These guys showed up, listened to my directions, and got most of the work done in just a couple of hours. I say most because they had a previous booking made long before I called them, and they slipped me in between their other bookings. THEN, these guys came back at 8pm. They must have been exhausted. But they finished the job for me, all the while with great attitudes and sharp attention to direction. This is the first time I've hired a moving service and not had a single item damaged, despite the rush. I'll call these guys every time I need a moving service from here on out. International move done in 24 hours - first call to last box "I Thought I Was Looking for a Moving Company, but I Found Friends for Life." Moving is always stressful, but international moves? Even more so—especially when you're not a citizen of either country involved. My morning started off chaotic. Just an hour before the move was supposed to happen, I got a last-minute notification that the original moving company couldn’t make it. To make matters worse, the only other options I could find were either 4 times more expensive or would take 10 days to get my stuff to Seattle. How is that even possible? That’s when I found Salah and In N Out Moves on Facebook. Within 30 minutes, I was all set! I couldn’t believe how fast they managed everything. They sent over all the details and the contract, and there was one sentence that I thought was just polite: “Don’t worry now, we’ve got you covered.” It turned out to be 120% true! The next day, Salah and Hicham showed up—on time, super professional, and ready to get the job done. My belongings were wrapped and protected. They even disassembled (and reassembled) my bed and TV—seriously, no detail was overlooked. Plus, they are experts at cross-border moves and handled all the paperwork in advance, so I didn’t have to worry about anything. During the whole drive they checked on me constantly ( we drove separate cars.) They even got me launched and we chatted about family, life, and dreams. Within just 24 hours, from the first call to getting the last box into my new apartment in Seattle,They completed a mission impossible. The whole move felt less like a business transaction and more like a good friend helping me out, which was incredibly comforting for someone who’s a thousand miles away from home.
